CBSE Announces Examination Schedule for 2025 Board Exams
New Delhi, June 25, 2024 - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the examination dates for the Class 10 and 12 Board Exams for the academic year 2024-25. According to the schedule, the theory exams for both classes will begin on February 15, 2025, and will continue until April 2, 2025. Practical examinations are slated to start from January 1, 2025.
The CBSE has outlined that the detailed date sheet, which will include subject-wise exam dates and timings, will be released by December 2024 on the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. This year, over 44 lakh students from approximately 8,000 schools across India, along with 26 schools from abroad, are expected to participate in these crucial board examinations.

Practical Examination for Winter-Bound Schools:
A special notice has been issued for winter-bound schools where practical exams for Classes 10 and 12 will be conducted between November 5, 2024, and December 5, 2024. The detailed schedule for these practicals will be available 4-5 weeks prior to the exam dates.
