CBSE Announces Exam Dates for 2025 Board Exams
New Delhi, October 2024 - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the examination schedule for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams for the academic year 2024-25. The exams are set to commence on February 15, 2025, with the theory papers concluding on April 2, 2025.
According to the CBSE notification, practical examinations for winter-bound schools will be held between November 5 and December 5, 2024. For the rest of the schools, practical exams will begin on January 1, 2025. The detailed date sheets for both theory and practical exams will be available on the CBSE's official website by December 2024.
Key Dates for CBSE Exams 2025:- Class 10 and 12 Theory Exams: February 15 to April 2, 2025 - Practical Exams for Winter-Bound Schools: November 5 to December 5, 2024 - Practical Exams for Other Schools: Starting from January 1, 2025
The exams will cater to over 44 lakh students from approximately 8,000 schools within India and an additional 26 schools abroad. Students are encouraged to check the official CBSE website at www.cbse.gov.in for the latest updates and to download the date sheet in PDF format for better preparation.
