Youth Showcase Talents in 'November Rain 2024' Competition at Kottayam's Saintgits College of Engineering
Kottayam: A series of intellectual competitions - "November Rain 2024" - was organized by the Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam, in collaboration with members of Kottayam Round Table #79 and Ladies Circle #48. The event took place at the college campus in the first week of November and saw a number of school students take part in JAM, Spelling Bee, and Quiz contests.
Exciting competitions The "November Rain 2024" event offered an array of intellectual challenges, which provided students with the opportunity to showcase their talents. At the end of it all, top performers emerged to claim prizes, including Johan B. Philip from Believers Church Residential School in Thiruvalla, who took home first prize in the Spelling Bee.
Young winners R Nandakishor from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Elamakkara, outshone his peers to claim top spot in the JAM competition. Meanwhile, Kiran Thomas Tison and R Nakul of Bhavan's Vidya Mandir in Girinagar dominated the Quiz contest.
Beyond competing The event served as a platform for students to gain exposure to various academic and co-curricular challenges. In addition to participating in competitions, attendees were given the chance to explore state-of-the-art facilities within the college campus, including the 3D Printing Lab, FAB Lab, and projects like E-Baja and M-Baja.
