YEIDA Plots Scheme 2024: Last Date to Apply Online for Residential Plots Near Noida Airport

Noida, November 10, 2024 - The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme for Diwali 2024, offering 821 plots near the upcoming Noida International Airport. Interested buyers have until November 30, 2024, to apply online for these plots located in Sector 24A of Greater Noida.

Plot Sizes and Availability:The scheme includes plots of various sizes: - 120 sqm - 162 sqm - 200 sqm - 250 sqm - 260 sqm

Pricing and Payment:Plots are priced at Rs 25,900 per sq. meter. Payments must be made online through YEIDA’s official website. Offline payments will not be accepted.

Preference Location Charges (PLC):- Park/Green Belt-facing plots: 5% of premium - Corner plots: 5% of premium - Plots on roads 18m wide or more: 5% of premium - Maximum location charge for any single plot: 15% of premium

Application Period and Draw Date:- Application Period: October 31, 2024 - November 30, 2024 - Draw Date: December 27, 2024

Allotment Process:Allotment will be via a lottery system, with separate draws for each plot size category.

Refund Policy:- Successful applicants will have their registration amount adjusted against the plot premium. - Unsuccessful applicants will receive a refund without interest if the amount is held for less than a year; otherwise, interest will be paid according to SBI savings account rates.

Lease Details:- Plots are offered on a 90-year lease. - A one-time lease rent payment of 10% of the total plot cost is required before the lease deed execution.

Documentation and Additional Charges:All documentation and registration costs, including stamp duty, are to be borne by the allottee, with documentation fees being non-refundable.
