YEIDA Launches Residential Plot Scheme 2024: Last Date to Apply Online

Greater Noida, November 10, 2024 - The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled its latest residential plot scheme for Diwali 2024, offering 821 plots near the upcoming Noida International Airport. Interested buyers can apply online for plots in Sector 24A along the Yamuna Expressway until November 30, 2024.

The plots are available in five different sizes:

120 sqm
162 sqm
200 sqm
250 sqm (newly introduced)
260 sqm

Pricing and Payment Details

The price is set at Rs 25,900 per square meter, and all payments must be made online through YEIDA's official website at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. No offline payments will be entertained.

Location Preferences and Additional Charges

Applicants can opt for plots with specific features at an additional cost: - Plots facing a park or green belt, corner plots, or those along roads 18m or wider incur an extra 5% charge of the premium. The maximum location charge for any plot is capped at 15% of the premium.

Allotment Process

The allocation of plots will occur via a draw of lots scheduled for December 27, 2024. Separate draws will be held for each category of plots.

Refund Policy: If not allotted, the registration amount will be refunded without interest if held for less than a year; otherwise, interest will be added as per SBI savings account rates.

Lease and Payment Terms

The plots are leased for 90 years. Successful allottees must pay the full amount, including registration fees, within 60 days from the receipt of the allotment letter. GST will be applicable if required.
A one-time lease rent payment of 10% of the plot's total cost is necessary before the lease deed execution.

Documentation

All documentation and registration costs, including stamp duty, are to be covered by the allottee, and these fees are non-refundable.
