WSF World Squash Team Championships Enters Nail-Biting Final Stages

The Pools Stage of the WSF World Squash Team Championships concluded yesterday, setting the stage for an exciting conclusion tomorrow at the Hong Kong Football Club. This historic edition of the championships marks the first time both men's and women's events are being held simultaneously.

A total of 26 ties will take place today, including four on the indoor all-glass court, which will be the main glass court until the outdoor glass court on the football pitch is introduced during the quarter-finals stage. The playing order for today's matches is 2-1-3. The day begins with a double header featuring Egypt and Japan in both men's and women's ties. The women's tie starts at 10:00 GMT+8, followed by the men's. At 15:00, England will take on Switzerland in an all-women's contest, while the final match of the men's pool features USA against China.

Hosts Hong Kong will also be in action today, facing Peru in both events. Their women's team will compete against South Africa on court five, while their men's team takes on Peru on court seven.
