Warner Music India Makes Strategic Investment in Live Entertainment Platform SkillBox

In a move to expand its services and offerings, Warner Music India has made a strategic minority investment in SkillBox, a live entertainment and ticketing platform. This partnership marks the company's entry into the live entertainment business, providing artists with new opportunities to reach wider audiences.

Founded by Anmol Kukreja and Sandip Ranjhan, and recently joined by Roydon Bangera and Amarjeet Singha as part of its core leadership team, SkillBox was initially a ticketing platform. The company quickly expanded into a full-suite live entertainment company with ticketing, live brand solutions, and live tech services such as Skillbox Pay.

With its focus on curating niche community-led events and experiences, SkillBox has carved out a space for itself in the industry with artist tours featuring artists like Jacob Collier, Steve Vai, Ben Howard, Karnivool, The Midnight, DIVINE, Hanumankind amongst others. The company has also created established intellectual properties such as Bloomverse, K-Wave, Lemonade, and LiveBox.

Skilled manager of some of India’s most acclaimed artists, through its dedicated arm LevelHouse, provides management for a string of top acts, including Parvaaz, Blackstratblues, Raman Negi, JBABE & Parekh & Singh.
