Tucson Festival of Books Calls for Science City Participants
TUCSON, AZ - The renowned Tucson Festival of Books, recently highlighted by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the top nine book festivals globally, is inviting organizations to join its vibrant Science City Neighborhoods on March 15-16 at the University of Arizona campus.
This unique segment of the festival aims to spark curiosity and deepen understanding in science, technology, engineering, and arts (STEM) through interactive exhibits. Organizations are encouraged to set up engaging booths that will explore themes ranging from Art, Everyday Life, the Natural World, Tomorrow, to You, offering a diverse array of educational experiences.
"The Science City activities are designed to promote informal STEM learning and enhance public interest and knowledge in science," said a festival representative. Interested groups are urged to apply by November 20, with applications available at tucsonfestivalofbooks.org/?id=534.
