The 46-year-old tweeted: "The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives."

President Joe Biden authorized Ukrainian forces to use US-provided long-range missiles for strikes within Russian territory, significantly shifting from his previous conflict-reduction strategies. The newly authorized defence systems are expected to be deployed in the Kursk region along the northeastern border between the two nations.

The development has raised concerns among security experts about possible escalation of the conflict. Trump Jr claimed that this policy would not only harm American lives but also cause trillions of dollars worth of damages, essentially making life "irrelevant".

Following extensive consultations with his father's team, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky indicated on Monday its readiness to use the new authorization for deploying long-range missiles. February marks three years since Russia invaded Ukraine, causing a multitude of civilian casualties.

The incoming U.S. president-elect Donald Trump committed to bringing peace and stopping the killing on his campaign trail. "As President Trump has said, he is the only person who can bring both sides together to negotiate peace," his communications director Steven Cheung stated to The Post in an exclusive conversation.
