Sony Entertainment Television's 'India's Best Dancer Season 4' Concludes with Steve Jyrwa as the Reigning Champion
Shillong-based dancer Steve Jyrwa has been crowned the winner of Sony Entertainment Television's fourth season of "India's Best Dancer", a dance reality show that promises to showcase the best talent in the country.
In an electrifying finale, which went on to be remembered for its high-energy performances and heartfelt interactions between contestants, judges, and audience, Steve was declared the champion. The grand finale saw him compete against six other talented dancers - Harsh Keshri, Nextion, Nepo, Akanksha Mishra aka Akina, Aditya Malviya, and his very closest rival Nextion.
Hosted by Jay Bhanushali and Aniket Chauhan along with esteemed judges Karisma Kapoor, Geeta Kapur, and Terence Lewis, the episode was made even more special by the presence of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 11' winner Manisha Rani, artists Urvashi Rautela & Shael Oswal promoting their upcoming song 'Rabba Kare', and team leaders from Sony Entertainment Television's upcoming reality show 'IBD vs SD: Champions Ka Tashan'.
The winning moment came in a special moment with Steve lifting the coveted India's Best Dancer trophy, which was accompanied by a generous prize of INR 15 lakhs. Apart from this, his choreographer Raktim Thakuria received a cheque worth INR 5lakhs, courtesy of Sony Entertainment Television.
"Winning India's Best Dancer is a dream come true," said Steve in a heartfelt address to the judges. "I would like to thank each and every one of them who supported me through this journey."
Karisma Kapoor, Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis all praised Steve’s incredible talent, raw energy and determination throughout the competition.
"Steve's growth as a dancer is nothing short of remarkable,” stated Karisma Kapoor. “It was tough for judges to choose between him and other talented contestants but his win is truly deserving."
"This has been an iconic journey and a true privilege to witness Steve Jyrwa and watch him grow with every performance," said Judge Geeta Kapur.
