Sher Movie Release Near, Promises Entertainment
A politician-turned-advocate from Bidar is stepping into the film world with his maiden movie 'Sher', which has been making waves since its pre-production began over two-and-half years ago. Directed by Prasiddh, a seasoned filmmaker, Sher marks his third feature film in the industry.
The movie boasts of Krish, the son of producer Sudarshan Sundaraj, who is debuting as a villain in Sandalwood with this film. When asked about the inspiration behind Sher, Prasiddh emphasized on entertaining the audience rather than conveying any social message. "The audiences want to be entertained, and that's what I've aimed for with Sher - it's an out-and-out entertainment movie," he said.
Located at the heart of the story is a tussle between two opposing groups: a politician and a group fighting against encroachment on an orphanage. Prasiddh revealed that the film showcases a group of orphans who have taken up menial jobs in the APMC market to make ends meet, adding depth to their narrative.
Filming for Sher took place around Chikkaballapur's APMC Market, and post-production works are currently underway. The movie promises to take viewers on a thrilling ride as these heroes battle to save the orphanage from relentless forces trying to claim it. With its unique blend of action, drama, and entertainment, Sher is all set to create a buzz in the film industry with its impending release.
