In a recent post on her Instagram, actress and social media sensation Shehnaaz Gill announced that she has commenced shooting for her upcoming Punjabi film, marking a new journey for herself in the world of cinema. The film, directed by Amarjit Saron, is known for making critically acclaimed movies such as "Honsla Rakh", "Saunkan Saunkne", "Kala Shah Kala", "Jhalle", and "Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne."
Shehnaaz shared a photo of herself holding the clapboard on social media, along with her "dream team" performing puja on the sets ahead of the shoot. In the caption, she expressed immense pride and happiness, writing: "Starting a new journey today and immensely proud and happy to announce that today we commence the shooting of my Punjabi film with my dream team."
The actress recently made headlines for her modern rendition of track 'Sajna Ve Sajna' from the 2003 film "Chameli", which features Shehnaaz and Rajkummar Rao. The revamped version was praised by fans and critics alike.
