Saif Ali Khan Spotted Stepping Out With Kareena Kapoor After Stabbing Incident

In a cautiously optimistic sighting, Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was recently spotted outside his father's Bandra home along with his wife Kareena Kapoor. The couple looked relaxed in casual attire as they stepped out together for the first time since the stabbing incident that left Mr. Ali Khan critically injured.

Eyewitnesses shared videos of the paparazzi encounters between Saif and Kareena, where the actor didn't shy away from cameras but politely nodded before heading into their residence. The couple was seen wearing casual outfits - Mr. Ali Khan was dressed in a blue T-shirt and matching denim pants, while Mrs. Kapoor wore grey sweatshirt, black baggy trousers, and sports cap.

Heavy security presence accompanied the duo as they stepped out for a rare public appearance. The news comes as no surprise, given that Saif has reportedly been provided temporary police protection following his stabbing attack.

The incident occurred during an attempted robbery at Mr. Ali Khan's Bandra residence on January 16, 2025. He underwent multiple surgeries and received treatment at Lilavati Hospital before making a recover.

Meanwhile, health insurance expert Nikhil Jha brought attention to the Association of Medical Consultants Mumbai's letter to Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) over the rapid approval of insurance claims in medicolegal cases like Mr. Ali Khan's.

Mr. Jha highlighted the disparity between celebrity treatment and standard procedures. "If this had occurred with a normal person, the company would have applied reasonable customary charges, not paid any claim," he argued on X (formerly Twitter). He called upon IRDAI to clarify why Niva Bupa gave preferential treatment to Saif Ali Khan and hindered normal people's chances of getting a claim.

Concurrently, Mumbai police announced the arrest of Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir in connection with the case. Further investigations are underway as authorities work towards unraveling the sequence of events surrounding the stabbing incident.
