RUSSIAN DRONE AND MISSILE ATTACK ON UKRAINE Kills Eight, Wounds Dozens

A devastating Russian strike on a nine-story building in the city of Sumy, Ukraine, on Sunday claimed eight lives and injured dozens more, according to officials.
