RUSSIAN DRONE AND MISSILE ATTACK KILLS EIGHT IN UKRAINE, LEAVES DOZENS WOUNDED

A devastating Russian strike on a nine-story building in Sumy, a city in northern Ukraine, claimed eight lives and left dozens more injured yesterday evening, according to Ukrainian authorities. The attack, which was described by officials as the largest in recent months, targeted the city 40 kilometers from the border with Russia.
The victims of the attack included two children, confirmed by Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko. In response to the crisis, over 400 people were evacuated from the building before it sustained significant damage.
As rescue efforts continued in the affected area, officials confirmed that rescuers were conducting a thorough search of every apartment for any survivors who might be trapped inside the damaged building, bringing hope and anxiety to the families of those involved.
