Russia Launches Massive Drone and Missile Attack on Ukrainian City, Kills Eight People

MOSCOW, Nov 18 (Alayaran.com): A devastating drone and missile attack by Russian forces on a nine-story building in the city of Sumy in northern Ukraine resulted in the deaths of eight people, with dozens more injured, an official confirmed Sunday.

The attack, described as the largest in recent months, targeted the city located approximately 40 kilometers from the Russia-Ukraine border. According to Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, among those killed were two children.

Over 400 people were evacuated from the building, with rescuers conducting a thorough search for anyone still trapped inside amidst the damaged structure. The extent of the damage is still being assessed, but officials are working to provide aid to those affected by the attack.
