Ukraine's city of Sumy was hit with a massive drone and missile attack by Russia, leaving eight people dead and dozens injured, according to Ukrainian officials. Sunday marked the deadliest day of conflict in months.
The strike occurred at a nine-story building in the city, approximately 24 miles from the Russian border. Two children, among those who lost their lives, were identified by Ihor Klymenko, Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs. The incident drew over 400 survivors to evacuate the building.
