Russia Launches Largest Drone and Missile Attack on Ukraine in Months, Kills 8

A devastating Russian strike on a nine-story building in Sumy, Ukraine, has left eight people dead and dozens wounded, officials said Sunday. The attack, described as the largest in recent months, also injured over 400 people who were evacuated from the building.

According to Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, among those killed in the tragic incident were two children. The city of Sumy, located approximately 40 kilometers from the Russian border, was struck by a massive drone and missile attack that left the residents reeling.

Despite the chaos and destruction caused, rescuers are working tirelessly to locate every person who may still be trapped inside the damaged building. The situation remains dire as the Ukrainian authorities struggle to respond to the scale of the devastation wrought by Russia's relentless aggression.
