RUSSIA CLAIMS JOE BIDEN'S ADMINISTRATION IS RISKING WORLD WAR THREE BY ALLOWING UKRAINE TO USE US-MADE WEAPONS TO STRIKE DEEP INTO RUSSIA
Moscow, Russia - Russian lawmaker Maria Butina has claimed that the administration of President Joe Biden is risking World War Three by allowing Ukraine to use US-made weapons to strike deep into Russia. According to Reuters, butina stated that Biden's administration is trying to escalate the situation to the maximum while they still have power and are still in office.
Butinia also expressed hope that former President Donald Trump would undo this decision if possible, as it seriously risks the start of World War Three, which is not in anyone's interest. The New York Times has also reported on the US administration's decision to allow Ukraine to use western missiles to target Moscow.
The Kremlin has yet to comment on the reports. Russian lawmakers and officials seem to be strongly opposed to this move, with senior member of the Federation Council Andrei Klishas stating that the West's decision could end with the Ukrainian statehood in complete ruins by morning.
First Deputy Head of Russia's upper house Vladimir Dzhabarov stated that Moscow will respond immediately, calling it a "very big step towards the start of World War Three". Chairman of the State Duma lower house Leonid Slutsky warned that strikes with US missiles deep into Russian regions would lead to serious consequences.
President Vladimir Putin previously stated that Western approval for such a step would mean direct involvement of NATO countries and other allies in the war in Ukraine. Russia's defence ministry has already been working on different ways to respond if the US and its NATO allies help Ukraine to strike with long-range western missiles.
Lawmaker Maria Butina also commented that there might be people in the United States who have nothing to lose, and are completely off the grid, so much that they simply do not care. She added that Biden's decision is a step that risks a nuclear response from Russia.
