PSG Star Ousmane Dembele Reveals Plan to Retire from Football at 34, Pursue Property Business
Paris, France - French football sensation Ousmane Dembele has revealed that he plans to retire from professional football by the time he is 34 years old. Instead of hanging up his boots for good, he ambitions to transition into the real estate business and invest in both Africa and France.
In a recent podcast interview with Real Madrid's Aurelien Tchouameni and Barcelona's Jules Kounde, Dembele discussed his future plans after retiring from football. He expressed his desire to retire at 34 and immediately start investing in various property ventures.
"I want to retire at 34. And then I want to get into the property business. Invest in Africa, in France," he said during the podcast, as reported by GOAL.
Dembele joined Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) from Barcelona in the summer transfer window last year and has since become a key player for the French giants, scoring five times and providing seven assists in 13 appearances this season.
Despite his impressive form for PSG, Dembele was left out of the squad for their UEFA Champions League game against Arsenal due to not meeting team expectations. PSG coach Luis Enrique stated that the decision was made to ensure all players were ready to take on a crucial match.
Dembele has faced recent setbacks, including a fitness injury which forced him to pull out of the France National Team's Nation League matches in November. However, he has now recovered from his injury and is expected to return to club action soon.
A former midfielder with Barcelona and Neymar at Paris Saint-Germain, Ousmane Dembele continues to have an exciting career in front of him – both on and off the pitch. Will he succeed in making a seamless transition into real estate entrepreneurship?
