PN Gadgil Jewellers Sees 24% YoY Revenue Growth in Q3 FY25, Driven by Strong Sales Growth and Festive Season Demand
Mumbai, January 8 (Alaryana.com): PN Gadgil Jewellers Ltd, India's jewellery retail chain, has reported a significant consolidated year-on-year revenue growth of 24% for the third quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025. The company's sales have seen a robust uptick in same-store sales and demand during major festivals, including Dussehra, Diwali, and the wedding season.
According to a company statement filed with the stock exchange, PNG Jewellers' revenue from its retail segment has grown by an impressive 42% on a year-on-year basis. The franchise business segment has also witnessed a significant surge in revenue, increasing by a whopping 87%. Meanwhile, the e-commerce segment has outperformed others, reporting an impressive 98% rise in revenue.
The diamond category has seen even greater growth, with a remarkable 40% increase in revenue on a year-on-year basis. The company's expansion strategy has been evident in its recent move to open nine new stores consecutively during Navratri in October last month. Looking ahead, the company plans to launch three more stores in the upcoming quarter.
"We have already set the stage for our ambitious growth plan by launching 9 new stores over 9 consecutive days during Navratri in Oct-24, as previously mentioned," said PN Gadgil Jewellers Ltd in its statement. "We are confident that our expansion strategy will further enhance our store presence and help us achieve our revenue growth targets."
The company's shares concluded trading at ₹672.40 on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), down by ₹18.70 or 2.71%, from their previous close.
