Only PM Modi, Trump, Putin and China Matter on the World Forum: DLF's Chairman Emeritus KP Singh
In an exclusive interview with Moneycontrol, Kushal Pal Singh, Chairman Emeritus of DLF, emphasized that India's leadership plays a pivotal role in its rapid progress towards becoming the world's third-largest economy. Singh praises Prime Minister Narendra Modi as one of only four top leaders who matter at the global level, along with US President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Singh attributes India's rising global stature to both government policies and the country's talented entrepreneurs and workers. He believes that under PM Modi's leadership, India is transforming its image on a global scale, having made significant strides in various sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, and sustainable technologies.
When asked about his vision for India's future over the next 50 years, Singh expresses optimism about the country's progress, highlighting factors such as good government policies, talented entrepreneurs, and a rapidly growing workforce. Singh also emphasizes the need for drastic measures to improve urban infrastructure and implement long-term planning to create surplus capacities for better sustainable urban planning.
Singh commends PM Modi for his role in changing India's global perception, citing him alongside a select few leaders globally. He notes that India is no longer an emerging market but an established economy. The former Chairman Emeritus believes that only these four top leaders matter at the world level – PM Modi, Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping.
