New Delhi, Dec [Date] - In a significant revelation, KP Singh, Chairman Emeritus of DLF, the country's largest real estate developer, has stated that only Prime Minister Narendra Modi and three other top leaders among them matter on the world forum. This assertion comes at a time when India is rapidly progressing and poised to become the third-largest economy in the world after the United States and China.

According to Singh, the transformation in the sector is taking place now. The new breed of developers is coming up that is future of India. KP Singh praises Prime Minister Narendra Modi and says that he is one of the four top leaders that matter at the world level alongside (Donald) Trump (US President), Mr. (Vladimir) Putin (President of Russia), and China's President Xi Jinping.

KP Singh attributes India's leadership playing a key role in this as it has changed the country's image on a global level. He believes that it is not only the government policies that contribute to India's growth but also Indian entrepreneurs and workers who are talented.

In an interview with Moneycontrol, Singh discussed topics including sustainable and green buildings, urban infrastructure, and his vision for India's future over the next 50 years.

Regarding the issue of poor human and infrastructure in India, he says, "Poor wrong urban infrastructure is responsible for rising pollution and toxic air in Delhi NCR." He calls for "drastic measures" to master plan as course correction for addressing this issue.

Moreover, KP Singh advocates long-term planning over myopic thinking, replacing short-term with 100 years ahead, and creating a surplus for better outcomes.
