NLIU Journal of Business Laws Seeks Submissions for Upcoming Volume VI

Bhopal (India): The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (CBCL) at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, has invited submissions for its upcoming volume six of the NLIU Journal of Business Laws. This flagship publication is a reputable platform for exploring contemporary issues in corporate and commercial laws.

The journal targets legal professionals, academics, and students with topics including but not limited to taxation law, securities and capital markets law, intellectual property law, contract law, white-collar crimes, company law, investment law, competition law, banking and finance law, insolvency and bankruptcy law. Authors are encouraged to explore sub-themes or propose contemporary relevance within the scope of corporate and commercial laws.

Authors can submit long articles (4,000-7,000 words), critical reviews of recent judgments and their implications (2,000-4,000 words), analytical critiques of amendments and enactments (2,000-4,000 words), or concise evaluations of recent publications (1,000-3,000 words). Manuscripts co-authored by up to two individuals may be submitted.

All submissions must adhere to the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (fourth ed., 2012) and word limits. The deadline is January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Manuscripts should be submitted via a Google form.
