A total of 15 titles were awarded to the exceptional contestants in four categories - Charming, Ravishing, Enchanting, and Group Challenge. Winners from each category emerged with accolades, including:

Group A (Charming) winners: Gazal Gupta (Winner), Ishpreet Kaur Gulati (First Runner-Up), Priyanka Madhukar (Second Runner-Up), Rajeshwari Raj (Third Runner-Up), and Sweta Thakuria (Fourth Runner-Up).
