Modi's Vision for 'One Nation, One Election' to Boost India's Progress

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju has reiterated the significance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for 'One Nation, One Election,' stressing that this system is crucial for India's growth and development.

According to Rijiju, PM Modi emphasized that holding elections every five years and implementing uninterrupted work phases are essential for moving the country forward. The minister added that a comprehensive report prepared under former President Ram Nath Kovind's leadership will be presented in Parliament soon.

Rijiju underscored the importance of unified voting, stating that since India is a single nation, a uniform electoral process should apply across the country.

The upcoming Parliament session, scheduled for November 25, is expected to introduce multiple bills, with discussions on major issues like 'One Nation, One Election' likely to be part of the agenda.

In line with PM Modi's vision, Rijiju hopes that this system will usher in a new era of political stability and progress in India.
