Modi Embarks on Podcast Series, Highlights Nation First Ideology and Emphasis on Success Through Team Building

In his first-ever podcast hosted by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about his governance style, guiding principles, and vision for the country's development. The podcast, which was released on Friday, December 10th, provided a glimpse into the leader's thoughts on various aspects of Indian politics.

Addressing the theme of success, PM Modi emphasized the importance of building a capable team that can handle responsibilities effectively. He recalled his tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister, stating that he prepares for the long-term benefit of his state and attributes his success to forming strong teams.

The Prime Minister also discussed the significance of good intentions in leadership and acknowledged the inevitability of errors, but stressed that bad intentions should never be an option.

When discussing women's participation in politics, PM Modi highlighted the importance of female representation in the country's governance structures. He encouraged young politicians with potential to develop themselves for these roles, citing their existing presence in local bodies due to reservations.

Describing himself as "not a typical politician," PM Modi focused more on governance than politics itself. He outlined his vision for a more streamlined process-based functioning and mentioned initiatives aimed at reducing compliances and laws by repealing redundant ones.

PM also talked about taking calculated risks in the pursuit of his goal, known as "Viksit Bharat" or an Indian economic system which he wanted to achieve by 2047.
