Mastercard Launches Biz360: A Digital Solution for Smarter Small Businesses
In a bid to support the growing needs of small businesses, Mastercard has officially launched Biz360, a cutting-edge digital solution designed to streamline essential operations and save entrepreneurs time and money.
The new platform allows small business owners to consolidate their daily tools, tasks, and digital engagements into one seamless experience. This move comes in line with the latest findings from Mastercard's research stating that an impressive 75% of small businesses utilize digital tools in their day-to-day operations, with two-thirds emphasizing the importance of a seamless user experience.
However, despite this significant adoption of technology by small businesses, many entrepreneurs struggle to navigate multiple platforms, often resulting in unnecessary costs and time waste.
To address this challenge, Mastercard's Executive Vice President and Global Head of Small and Medium Enterprises, Jane Prokop, emphasized the importance of digitization. "Mastercard believes that stronger small businesses directly contribute to a stronger community," she stated during the launch announcement of Biz360 on November 12th.
Mastercard's Biz360 aims to provide an efficient solution for entrepreneurs to concentrate on core business priorities. By providing digital integration tools, automating administrative tasks, and offering customer engagement features, this innovative platform is poised to transform the operational landscape of small businesses.
Some key features of Mastercard's Biz360 include:
- Seamless subscription management
- Payment gateway integration
- Operational tool automation
- Enhanced customer engagement via a client portal and marketing capabilities
- Data-driven insights for informed business decisions
The rollout of Biz360 begins with an inaugural collaboration between Mastercard and fintech platform Hello Alice. The company plans to expand the reach of Biz360 globally in 2025.
Glen Gore, co-founder and president at Hello Alice, added, "As part of our ongoing partnership with Mastercard, we are excited to make Maxcard Biz360 available to select small businesses across our community in the US and look forward to supporting entrepreneurs on their path to success."
