Last Date to Apply for YEIDA Residential Plots Near Noida Airport Approaching

Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a residential plot scheme for Diwali 2024, offering 821 plots in various sizes near the upcoming Noida International Airport. Interested buyers have until November 30, 2024, to submit their applications online.
The plots are available in sizes of 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 250 sqm, and 260 sqm, located in Sector 24A, Greater Noida. The price for these plots is set at Rs 25,900 per square meter, and all payments must be made online via YEIDA's official website at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. No offline payments will be accepted.
Key Features of the Scheme:- Preference Location Charges (PLC): Additional charges apply for plots facing parks/green belts, corner plots, or those on roads wider than 18m, with a maximum charge of 15% of the premium. - Allotment Process: Plots will be allotted through a draw of lots on December 27, 2024. Separate draws will occur for different plot categories. - Payment and Refund: Successful applicants will see their registration amount adjusted against the plot premium, while unsuccessful applicants will receive a refund without interest if the amount is held for less than a year; otherwise, interest will be paid as per SBI savings account rates. - Lease Details: The plots are offered on a 90-year lease, with a one-time lease rent payment of 10% of the plot cost due before the lease deed execution. - Documentation: All related costs, including stamp duty, will be borne by the allottee, and these fees are non-refundable.
