Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan Strengthen Educational Ties with New Agreement
BISHKEK, KYRGYZSTAN - The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved an agreement on education and science cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, as stated in a resolution dated November 15, 2024.
The agreement was signed earlier this year in Baku (on April 24, 2024) and aims to foster long-term and stable collaboration in the field of education and science. The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan will be responsible for implementing the agreement's provisions.
Under the terms of the pact, both countries will work towards developing stronger educational ties, creating direct connections between their educational institutions, and exchanging experience and information on education systems. The agreement also facilitates cooperation with international events such as congresses, conferences, and meetings organized in either country.
With this new agreement, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan reaffirm their commitment to cultivating a stronger academic and scientific partnership that benefits the people of both nations.
