Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 19 - Indian singer Jasleen Royal brought a mesmerizing performance to Coldplay's concert at DY Patil Stadium on Saturday, leaving the audience in awe. The soulful singer opened the show with her hit song "Kho Gaye Hum Kahan" before sharing the stage with frontman Chris Martin for a poignant duet of "We Pray".

The evening was filled with surprises as Chris Martin infused an uniquely Indian touch into the concert. He even charmed fans by reading placards held by the audience, saying "Shukriya" and shouting "Jai Shri Ram", which drew thunderous applause. The concert also featured iconic Coldplay hits like "Fix You" and "A Sky Full of Stars" that left fans in a state of wonder.

Before the event, Chris Martin and his partner, actress Dakota Johnson, visited the Shri Babulnath Temple in traditional Indian attire, adding a spiritual touch to their trip. Despite not appearing on stage, the mention of Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah brought joy to the crowd, who couldn't resist the excitement.

Jasleen shared glimpses of her performance and rehearsals on Instagram, showcasing her stunning black outfit with smoky makeup and wavy hair as she played the piano and sang. Expressing her gratitude, she wrote, "Thank you Mumbai, I love you."

The concert was organized by BookMyShow Live, and as part of Coldplay's India tour, it continues with performances in Mumbai on January 19 and 21, followed by two shows in Ahmedabad on January 25 and 26.
