India's Fastest Factory Building Project Completes in Record-Breaking 150 Hours
Bangalore: EPACK Prefab has achieved a remarkable feat by constructing an expansive factory building within just 150 hours, breaking new grounds for India's infrastructure development. The project, which began on November 20 at Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, has set a benchmark for the construction industry, showcasing the efficiency and resilience of prefabricated structures.
Spanning over 151,000 square feet, the ambitious project leverages EPACK Prefab's patented PEB (Pre-engineered Building) technology to deliver a factory structure in record time. The company claims this achievement is made possible by its expertise in planning and execution, allowing it to meet each construction phase on the set timeline.
"EPACK Prefab aims to revolutionize the Indian construction landscape with our innovative prefabricated structures," said Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director of EPACK Prefab. "This 150-hour challenge demonstrates our commitment to setting industry benchmarks through agile and sustainable building solutions. Our meticulous planning and precision at every stage have enabled us to showcase the speed and efficiency that PEB technology can deliver."
The 150-hour project is divided into three phases:
- The primary structure will be erected using prefabricated components, forming a solid foundation for vertical expansion.
- Roofing will be completed, creating a resilient enclosure for the building.
- Cladding, interior finishes, and other detailing will be finalized in the final phase.
EPACK Prefab's trailblazing achievement highlights the potential of prefabricated structures to tackle India's infrastructure needs without compromising on quality, durability, or environmental standards.
