India Vows to Preserve Peace but Prepare for 'Decisive Force'

New Delhi, May 11 - In a stern press conference on Wednesday, Indian Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai acknowledged the loss of five armed forces personnel and civilians who lost their lives during Operation Sindoor and vowed to uphold India's commitment to peace while being prepared for any potential threat.

The solemn event took place amidst video evidence showcasing the precision air operations conducted by the Indian Air Force, which revealed targeted strikes on crucial Pakistani military assets. The footage was presented with vivid detail, exposing key targets such as Pasrur, Chunian and Arifwala Air Defence Radars, as well as major airfields in Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan, Chaklala (Nur Khan), Sukkur, Bholari and Jacobabad.

LG General Ghai reiterated India's stance, stating that the country has maintained maximum restraint throughout the operation. However, any potential threat to India's sovereignty, territorial integrity or citizens' safety will be met with decisive force. He remained steadfast in saying, "We have a roadmap and a plan and we will follow it diligently."

The Indian government's position on Operation Sindoor underlines their commitment to preserving peace while remaining vigilant against any perceived threats from neighboring countries.
