India Makes a Mark at Labelexpo India 2024 with World-Class Printing Solutions
Greater Noida, November 14-17 - TPH Orient has taken the Indian printing industry by storm with its showcase of cutting-edge printing solutions at Labelexpo India 2024. The company's innovative offerings, including the Orient Jet UV inkjet press and the Orient Express Flex 450mm flexographic press, are poised to revolutionize the sector.
The Oriental X-Press Flex, a double-servo press boasting impressive features such as sleeve technology across all web widths, has been hailed as one of the most advanced flexographic presses produced domestically. The Orient Jet UV inkjet press stands out as India's inaugural sophisticated printing machine of any kind produced here.
TPH Orient Group's Rishab Kohli showcased the proprietary ink delivery system developed over three years, now being introduced in India. This innovative system enables compatibility with Kyocera and Epson heads, offering India's first-of-its-kind solution that minimizes operational expenses.
"This cutting-edge technology comes as a significant advancement, resulting in cost-effective printing solutions," said Kohli. "Our machine offers superior operational efficiency, making it one of the most affordable machines globally."
The Orient Express Flex 450mm flexographic press, with customisation options for widths ranging from 330 mm to 1,500 mm, enables precise job changes and rapid web adjustments.
Another unique feature is its proprietary gear design and gearbox integration. "Our system achieves an exceptionally low PCD runout of 2 microns," Kohli stated, highlighting faster speeds, improved registration, reduced noise levels, and enhanced print quality.
Innovation extends to the digital press as well, which utilizes the same advanced system incorporated in the flexo press, ensuring smooth, precise web control. Available in vast sizes ranging from 625 mm to 2,000 mm, this machine caters to diverse requirements.
According to Kohli, trends within the printing industry point toward shorter runs and increased flexibility driven by changes in market demands.
TPH Orient's efforts mark a significant milestone, highlighting India as an integral player in producing high-end printing machinery.
