Honda's First Electric Scooter Top Elements Revealed, Launching on Nov 27
Mumbai: Honda is set to unveil its first electric scooter in India on November 27, and ahead of the launch, the company has released another teaser that gives us a glimpse into some key features of the vehicle.
The latest teaser focuses on the instrument cluster, which appears to be a fully TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) unit providing essential information to riders. The display promises to show vital details such as range, riding mode, time, battery percentage, consumption, and more.
According to experts, the electric scooter is expected to offer an impressive range of over 100 km on a single charge. However, in the Sports mode, it's anticipated that the real-world range would fall between 80km to 85km. This suggests that the scooter will have to balance performance with efficiency.
While Honda has not unveiled many details about its design, reports indicate that the upcoming scooter will feature a full LED setup at both ends. Lower variants might come equipped with an LCD display for their headlight and taillight.
When it comes to suspension, customers can expect a similar setup as seen in other Honda models, featuring a single shock absorber at the rear. The braking system is expected to employ drum brakes for the rear section of the vehicle.
The Indian market will finally get its hands on Honda's first electric scooter on November 27, providing enthusiasts with an exciting new option.
