League Group 1:

Champions: Turkey (promoted)
Austria and Slovenia will face promotion/relegation playoffs
Azerbaijan is at risk of automatic relegation to League D unless they beat Sweden

League Group 2:

Northern Ireland and Bulgaria are in command of their respective sections, with Northern Ireland needing a win/draw against Luxembourg to secure promotion.
Lithuania must win against Kosovo to have any chance of avoiding automatic relegation.

League Group 3:

League Group 4:

Gibraltar and Liechtenstein are set for a final game on Monday, with the winner getting promoted.
San Marino will face a promotion/relegation playoff next season.

League Group 5:

Romania is at risk of the result against Kosovo being nullified or expunged due to chanting by Romanian fans. If so, they may be in trouble for their European competition ban and could be relegated to League C.
Cyprus finished third and will stay in League C
Belgium (0) is relegated

League Group 6:

Norway are effectively guaranteed a World Cup playoff after beating Kazakhstan on the final day.

League Group 7:

League Group 8:

Wales and Montenegro will face each other in Cardiff, with Turkey only needing a draw to secure promotion.
Iceland have a good chance of a World Cup playoff with a win at their next match.

League Group 9:

Wales need to beat Iceland by three goals or more (or get a draw and better disciplinary record) to finish top.
Wales will face San Marino in the relegation playoffs if they don't secure promotion.

League Group 10:

England need an improvement from Armenia's performance against Kosovo if UEFA are unable to decide on that result

League Group 11:

Slovakia and Lithuania (both not playing) are set for a final game on Friday, with the winner facing a playoff.
Estonia, Gibraltar, Finland, Liechtenstein, Moldova will compete in League C if they finish either 3rd or 4th.
