Haryana Govt to Fill 777 Vacant Doctor Posts Amidst High Demand for Medical Jobs
A total of 777 vacant posts of doctors, which have been lying unfilled for a long time, are expected to be filled after the upcoming examination scheduled to be conducted on Sunday. Speaking to the media in Narnaul, Health Minister Arti Singh Rao stated that around 8,000 candidates will appear for the exam.
This move, officials said, is significant as it aims to ensure an adequate number of doctors at every government healthcare institute in the state. According to the Health minister, several measures have been undertaken towards upgrading and developing medical facilities across all hospitals in Haryana.
Among other issues highlighted by Minister Arti Singh Rao, construction work on a trauma centre in Narnaul was said to be nearing completion while the entire facility is expected to provide world-class medical services once it goes operational. The government assured that with all of its efforts the citizens are sure to get quality and timely medical care.
It comes as relief for patients across Haryana, knowing there would be more professionals capable enough at handling demanding medical cases. The move was seen in a positive light by several, especially those dependent on hospitals across Narnaul, who had long witnessed scarcity of doctors due to insufficient recruitment in such institutions.
