Gujarat Titans Ignites Passion for Outdoor Sports among Children in Bharuch

Bharuch, February 1 (ANI): Gujarat Titans has brought to life the second season of the Junior Titans program in Bharuch, marking its successful conclusion in Junagadh and Bhavnagar. The franchise aims to ignite a passion for outdoor sports among children under 14 with the theme 'Let's Sport Out,' which was successfully implemented at Queen of Angels' Convent Higher Secondary School.

In excess of 1020 children from 21 schools took part, including 17 private institutions and four government-run schools, in this innovative program. The initiative is designed to promote sportsmanship and active play, as stated by Gujarat Titans.

According to Colonel Arvinder Singh, COO of Gujarat Titans, the response has been extremely encouraging so far for this season's Junior Titans program.

"We have had a very positive response from participants who enjoy engaging in sporting activities beyond just cricket. At Gujarat Titans, we believe that sports can significantly benefit children during their formative years by fostering discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness," Singh said.

Throughout the event, children participated in exciting challenges such as hitting batting stumps, bowling, penalty kicks, and interactive exercises aimed at improving their sports acumen.

The Junior Titans program will soon expand to Palanpur (February 8) and Ahmedabad (February 15). As part of this initiative, LALIGA from the Spanish football league will be leading football workshops. The program takes place every Saturday across cities in Gujarat.

Gujarat Titans aims to cultivate a vibrant sporting culture among children through this unique endeavour that brings together young participants with sports enthusiasts and professionals who can inspire them to pursue their passion for outdoor activities.
