FOUR FORMER FS1 STAFFERS AND PERSONALITIES FIled LAWSUIT AGAINST SKIP BAYLESS AND FOX SPORTS
Four former female employees of Fox Sports and prominent personalities, including Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon and co-host Joy Taylor, are being sued by former hairstylist Noushin Faraji, who alleges a pattern of workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation during her decade-long tenure.
The 42-page complaint filed last Friday alleges that Bayless made repeated advances towards Faraji, offering $1.5 million for sexual favors, and engaging in "lingering hugs" and pressing his body against hers.
Faraji, who is a single mother, claims to have rejected Bayless's advances multiple times due to health issues, but escalated behavior over the years. The complaint also lists an incident where Bayless questioned Faraji about her cultural background, asking if her father had three or four wives.
Dixon allegedly grabbed Faraji's buttocks at a birthday party attended by both of them, and Taylor is accused of telling Faraji to "get over it" when she confided in the former Speak host.
Faraji claims that when she reported these incidents to Human Resources, they were ignored. However, she alleges that a culture of misandry and hostility exists within Fox Sports for women who have been subjected to harassment and bullying.
"I would describe our work environment as misogynistic, racist and ableist, which allowed this behavior to go unchecked," Faraji claimed in her complaint.
The lawsuit emerges amidst significant talent reshuffling at Fox Sports, including Bayless's departure from Undisputed last August. A spokesperson for Fox Sports has not commented on the allegations.
The latest development in the Bayless saga is the fourth reported sexual misconduct incident alleging he made a $1.5 million offer to sexually assault Noushin Faraji
