EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT EA SPORTS FC 25 SHOWCASE
EA Sports has launched a new preview mode for its upcoming game, EA Sports FC 25, called Showcase. The mode offers a rotating selection of curated modes and content, featuring Kick Off, Clubs Rush, and Learn To Play modes, and is available for free on PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
In an effort to provide players with a taste of what's to come in EA Sports FC 25, the Showcase mode allows users to access a portion of the game without needing to purchase it. To download and play the mode, simply search for it on your console's store or through Steam/EA app/Epic Games Store on PC.
Showcase is free to download and play, with no subscription required, but an active online connection is necessary for all modes, as well as a valid EA Account and a persistent online connection. The age restrictions apply, and players who don't already have an EA account will be prompted to create one when attempting to access Showcase.
At launch, the Showcase mode includes:
- Kick Off: A rotating selection of match types and playable teams
- Clubs Rush: A new take on the small-side 5v5 social football experience, with players able to create their own Avatar and progress up to level 50
- Learn To Play: A series of experiences designed to help users get familiar with EA Sports FC 25
One notable feature of Showcase is its compatibility with friends from EA Sports FC 25. Players can play with and communicate with each other through EA Connect, just as they would in the full game.
Additionally, upgrading from Showcase to EA Sports FC 25 will be possible, with progress carrying over to the full game if the same EA account is used on the same platform. However, note that the Season Pass is not available in the Showcase experience.
The Showcase mode requires an active online connection for all modes, and content may vary depending on location and change over time. The mode can be retired after 30 days' notice, posted on the Service Updates page.
