District-Level Science Exhibition for Students Emphasizes Sustainable Future
A district-level science exhibition, themed 'Science and Technology for Sustainable Future', was successfully held at Government Model Senior Secondary School, located on Cemetery Road in the city. The event brought together students from schools across all 19 blocks in the district, showcasing their innovative projects and ideas.
The exhibition featured seven subthemes catering to diverse interests, including food production, health and hygiene, transport and communication technologies, natural farming methods, disaster management strategies, mathematical modeling techniques, computational thinking skills, waste management systems, and resource optimization methods.
A total of 133 students took part in the event, presenting both working and static models that highlighted their creativity and knowledge in various aspects of science and technology. The exhibition was a resounding success, providing an excellent platform for young minds to explore, share, and learn from each other's ideas. It marked an important milestone in fostering scientific awareness and innovation among students in the district.
