DELHI HIGH COURT TO HEAR TESLATrademark DISPUTE IN APRIL 2025 AS MEDIATION CONTINUES

The Delhi High Court will hear the dispute between Tesla and Indian trademark owner ZTEC Digital at its next hearing in April 2025, as mediation efforts between the two parties continue.

The hearing comes amidst ongoing proceedings related to a trademark dispute filed by ZTEC Digital against Tesla over allegations of trademark infringement.
