The Congress leader emphasized that the multi-party delegation emphasizes unity over discord, despite internal differences in the party.
This historic mission, which includes parliamentarians from multiple parties, aims to deliver a unified message - India stands firmly against terrorism in all its forms. Tharoor noted that the team will engage with governments, think tanks, lawmakers, and diaspora communities to bring attention to Pakistan's role in cross-border terrorism.
"We are going to speak with one voice - about the horrendous terror attack India faced and our unwavering response to it," said Tharoor. "We want the world to understand that India will not be silenced by terrorism, and we expect global solidarity, not indifference."
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to unilaterally announce Tharoor as the delegation leader was met with opposition from Congress, but sources revealed close cooperation from multiple parties.

India's solidarity against terrorism takes on a new dimension as Tharoor seeks global recognition of Pakistan's role in funding terrorism in the region.
