CM Urges NRIs to Invest in Telangana, Promises Single Window Clearance
Hyderabad, January 5, 2025: In a key address to over 1,000 plus audience of Indian origin business leaders at the APTA Katalyst Global Business Conference held at Hitex on Saturday night, Chief Minister Mr. Revanth Reddy has invited NRIs to bring their investments and set up industries in Telangana.
Addressing the massive gathering at the conference, aimed at bridging a divide among Telugu diaspora globally, CM said, "Hyderabad is a global city that competes with some of the best cities in the world, such as New York, London, and Tokyo." He expressed gratitude to American Progressive Telugu Association (APTA) for choosing Hyderabad as the venue.
"The American Progressive Telugu Association has conceptualised and curated this program," CM said. "Telangana offers a plethora of business opportunities - investments, politics, or films. We have an IT Hub and pharma capital along with growing economies like Musi River project, AI, and Future City. With world-class infrastructure here, the support will be provided to all our international friends. Your investments are well secured -- we'll give single window clearance whenever you require."
He revealed about a new Tourism Policy that has been approved by the state cabinet in December, which was not discussed earlier.
"We came here after our State Cabinet today gave final approval on Energy policy – the whole journey had been discussed among us as a team – The Chief Minister assured the audience the law and order situation in Telangana is well maintained. I urge you to be part of our State’s progress", CM said.
APTA Katalyst 2025, which concludes today marked the first-ever and biggest global Telugu NRIs Business Conference. This multi-day event aimed at bringing together thousands of Indian-origin entrepreneurs from North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia including India among other countries for sharing ideas, collaborations, business opportunities.
