Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan's Home Infiltration Case: Bangladeshi National Arrested in Mumba

A 30-year-old man, Mohammad Sharif Ul Islam Shehzad, has been arrested by the Bandra Police on Sunday in connection with the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. According to the Mumbai Police, based on materials seized from the suspect, it is suspected that he is a Bangladeshi national.

Shehzad, who has been identified as the main accused, was produced before court and will be further examined by holiday court officials today. Under the Foreigners' Act, 1946, and Foreigners' Order, 1948, along with Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, formal charges against him have been applied.

The Police revealed that Shehzad entered Khan's residence on the day of the crime, and the accused had arrived in Mumbai five to six months ago. He stayed in various places around the city, first within its limits before leaving for a fortnight, returning to re-enter Mumbai around the time of the attack.

It was discovered that Shehzad worked with a housekeeping agency in Thane, working under several aliases. His exact background and motives behind entering Khan's residence remain under investigation by police authorities.
