Big B Opens Up: Amitabh Bachchan Shares Heartfelt Reflections on Early Struggles of Success
Mumbai, March 13 (ANI): In a candid episode of "Kaun Banega Crorepati 16", host Amitabh Bachchan shared his unfiltered account of the arduous journey to stardom. The 77-year-old actor reminisced about walking long distances on foot and facing rejections in job interviews, leaving viewers touched by his humility.
Bachchan mentioned that he had learned many roads while walking from Vile Parle station to Jalsa, his former home. "It's not like I've only travelled by car," Big B said, highlighting the struggles he faced. "When I used to go job-hunting, I would get off at the station and walk everywhere on foot."
The Bollywood legend recounted how hard work propelled him towards success. He expressed surprise that one of the KBC contestants, Nishant Jaiswal from Chhattisgarh, echoed his own experiences of unwavering dedication.
Nishant shared a captivating story about attending numerous auditions for "KBC" but never securing a spot. On one memorable day, he walked to Bachchan's house carrying a dream, silently praying that this time would be different.
Inspired by Nishant's heartfelt story, Amitabh reciprocated with his own reminiscences of early struggles in landing work roles. He acknowledged the parallels in Nishant's ambition and perseverance, forging an emotional bond with the contestant.
Big B also invited his son Abhishek on the show to promote his recently released film "I Want To Talk".
