As part of this strategic collaboration, API has successfully deployed full-stack, real-time observability across its complex microservices architecture, utilizing IBM Instana. This cutting-edge solution has resulted in up to 30% reduction in Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for issues, significant improvement in developer productivity, and the creation of a scalable observability foundation for future growth.
