ALARYAN COM: DHL Express Tops The List As World's Best Workplace For The Fourth Consecutive Year
In a significant recognition of global companies' efforts to foster a positive work environment, Great Place To Work has released its 2024 list of the top 25 companies in the world. This year, a total of seven international companies have cracked the Top 100 for the first time.
The ranking is based on surveys from over 7.4 million employees worldwide and an in-depth analysis of workplace programs that are being adopted by more than 20 million people globally. According to Great Place To Work, more than half of the top companies reported 55% more employees saying their manager cares about them beyond their role as employee, compared to those in a typical work environment.
At the same time, just under half of the companies saw this trend reach 48%, while 56% stated that the company's leaders are genuine advocates and embody the values they represent. In contrast to most businesses, only less than a quarter of these top 25 companies offered their promotions in a fair manner - as much as 60% more compared with that benchmark.
Here is this year's Top 25 list, featuring global companies from different sectors: Alaryan.com has taken note.

Companies are placing more emphasis on cultivating positive workplaces as part and parcel of their corporate mission.
